Bio

Joe Swiderski is a highly experienced and dedicated member of the STLCC community, with 33 years of coaching experience. He holds a BS in Criminal Justice and an MS in Secondary Education, bringing a strong educational background to his coaching roles.

Years of Experience:

• 33 years in total
• 27 years at STLCC, including 4 years as Head Baseball Coach and 8 years as Assistant Softball Coach

Coaching Philosophy:
Joe is committed to the personal and athletic development of student-athletes, striving to help each individual achieve "GREATNESS," however that may be defined for them.

Notable Achievements:

• 1992 and 1996 MIAA Champs/Regional Champs and NCAA Baseball DII World Series appearances
• 2013 NAIA Baseball World Series
• STLCC Softball Region Champions: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
• STLCC Softball District Champions: 2019, 2021, 2024
• STLCC Softball NJCAA Softball DII World Series Appearances: 2019, 2021 (9th place), 2024 (7th place)

Fun Fact:
Joe is the first male in his family to not only graduate from college but also to play college athletics and coach at the collegiate level.
